Success and reward of delivering training in the workplace!

Today we have received the results for one of our Level 3 Education and Training courses, all four of the learners passed, really well done to Lorina, David, Ijeoma and Kathleen. It can be a challenge to keep motivated but with hard work and dedication we got there, just amazing. It's such a rewarding feeling to know we have helped our learners to achieve their aim of stepping into teaching and wish them lots of success in the future.

When embarking on a teaching path it's essential to not only have the subject knowledge of what you would like to teach (at least a level higher) for example, if you wanted to teach Level 2 Food Safety course you would need to have the subject knowledge of at least a Level 3 Supervising Food Safety course as well as a teaching qualification such as a Level 3 Education and Training which would give you the teaching skills to plan lessons, assessments and promote equality and diversity in your teaching practice.

Sometimes employers may want to improve the skills of their own in-house training teams, there is a new qualification which has been launched which suits this need perfectly, it's an accredited HABC Level 3 Delivering Training which is the stepping stone into the training world, similar to a 'Train the Trainer' style course, very interactive and great for improving confidence and presentation skills in the classroom.
